Ken Losch, Principal

Ken.jpgMr. Losch has more than 25 years of real estate development experience in both the United States and Canada. He is the co-founder and principal of a leading real estate company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona –Trillium Residential, LLC, a builder and manager of award-winning, luxury, Class A multi-family communities.

As an integrated real estate company, Trillium combines development, construction, finance and property management disciplines under one roof, creating the cohesive and coordinated environment needed to execute more than $500 million in projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area and Southwest. The company’s rapidly growing portfolio is distinguished by the focus of creating unique lifestyle experiences for residents through innovative architecture and design that fosters community socialization, entertainment and connectivity, while adding to and enhancing the integrity of the community-at-large.

Innovative in his own right, Mr. Losch is behind the remarkably successful and award-winning Third Avenue Lofts in downtown Scottsdale, VENU at Grayhawk and EDGE at Grayhawk in North Scottsdale, Centerpoint Condominiums in Tempe and the historic Hayden Flour Mill redevelopment, one of the most iconic landmarks in the Southwest.

Mr. Losch is also very dedicated to community and surrounding area organizations. He is a founding board member of the TRACares Foundation, a 501(c)3 which supports worthy causes locally and globally with the passion statement of “Empowering Community.” He is an IFR rated pilot with more than 1,200 flight hours. He is an avid skier, snowboarder, mountain biker and hiker. Above all he enjoys participating in these activities with his three sons. Mr. Losch also sits on Trillium’s Executive Management Team.


Jamie Dawson, Principal

Jamie.jpgJames L Dawson has more than 25 years of construction experience in the commercial, institutional and residential disciplines throughout the United States, Canada and Caribbean. Mr. Dawson is the Principal of Trillium Residential, LLC, which develops, constructs and manages award-winning, Class A urban and garden-style multi-family communities. To maintain the highest level of quality and integrity for each asset, Mr. Dawson, as the General Contractor, holds the commercial and residential construction license for Trillium Development, LLC.

As an integrated real estate company, Trillium combines development, construction, finance and property management disciplines under one roof, creating the cohesive and coordinated environment needed to execute more than $500 million in projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area and Southwest. As the Developer/Owner, General Contractor and Property Manager of each asset, Trillium is a true Design/Build company with a “Master Builder” philosophy motivated by a strong vested interest and genuine pride in ownership. Mr. Dawson brings a high level of sophistication in management, building technology and design to the multi-housing industry, an otherwise traditionally wood-frame business, as a result of his broad background in managing high-profile commercial and institutional projects.

Mr. Dawson received a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. Upon graduating, Mr. Dawson started his career with a large International General Contractor headquartered in Canada which afforded him the opportunity to be involved in projects spanning the globe for over 13 years. Mr. Dawson quickly rose through the ranks from Assistant Superintendent to Regional Manager for diverse projects that range from an initiative in the Caribbean developing affordable housing, to the development of the over one million square-foot regional City Hall for the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto. Another highly notable project Mr. Dawson worked on includes the Rogers Centre, formerly known as the Skydome, which is one of Toronto’s top three tourist destinations and the model for architects of future domed stadiums subsequently constructed around the world.


Michelle Sinclair, President

Michelle Sinclair began her career in the multi-housing industry in 1989 and joined Trillium Residential in December 2003 as the Director of Employee Development.  Her hands on experience at the site-level allowed her to have a keen understanding of the property operations.  She has the ability to bring a team together by creating a work environment that allows each employee to grow and to be recognized for their accomplishments.  In 2008, Michelle was promoted to the role of Director of Operations.  Her 20 plus years of industry experience, allows her to successfully oversee all of Trillium’s on-site operations, including revenue growth, lifestyle training, resident retention and site team management. 

In 2011 Michelle was promoted to President of Trillium.   Her depth of knowledge pertaining to property management tactics is expansive allowing her to introduce creative solutions for a constant win-win scenario.  Michelle’s unwavering lead-by-example approach is undeniable and inspires Trillium’s on-site teams to achieve excellence.  Not only is Michelle dedicated to achieving her personal best every day, she motivates the entire portfolio to do the same, encouraging them to join her in this pursuit.    

Michelle is aggressive in her detection to uncover ways to create increased revenue for each individual asset and uses highest level critical thinking tactics to control expenses for the ultimate goal of increased NOI for the properties.  Her loyalty to the multi-housing industry, to Trillium and to the on-site teams is truly extraordinary makes up the fabric of the organization.  

During the 14 years prior to joining Trillium, Michelle successfully managed both stabilized and lease-up communities including multi-site management.  Her management experience in California included overseeing the operations of fee-management accounts as well as bank receivership communities.  In Arizona, she was an integral part in the successful lease-up and stabilization of eight communities and assisting with the sales of six.  

Michelle’s industry recognitions include an Arizona  Multi-Housing Associations Team Achievement award, two Best Community awards, Assistant Manager and Manager of the Year awards. She is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and hold an Arizona Real Estate License.  In 2011 Michelle is Co-Chair of the AMA Big Hearts for Little Hands as well as a member of the AMA Education Committee.


Brian Snider, Chief Operating Officer

Brian.jpgBrian Snider has over 20 years of real estate experience and, since 1996, has been with Trillium Residential, LLC, which develops and manages award-winning, Class A urban and garden-style multi-family communities. Mr. Snider is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for transactional business, financial oversight and daily operations; he has played a significant role in the growth of the company into the premier high density residential developer in Arizona.

As an integrated real estate company, Trillium combines development, construction, finance and property management disciplines under one roof, creating the cohesive and coordinated environment needed to execute more than $500 million in projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area and Southwest. Mr. Snider began his career with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from New Mexico State University. He then worked with an international big six accounting firm, with a national asset management company managing large loan/foreclosed property pools and also with a major financial institution. This breadth of experiences has given Mr. Snider diverse skills and expertise to apply towards the achievements of Trillium Residential, helping him to have a considerable hand in the company’s evolution, growth and success. Mr. Snider has made a positive impact on the growth of Metropolitan Phoenix through his involvement in well over one billion dollars of real estate transactions. He has had the pleasure of watching Phoenix grow into a megalopolis, now the 5th largest city in the country.


Adam Webb, Controller

Adam.jpgMr. Webb originally joined Trillium Residential in 1995. As Controller, Mr. Webb serves a pivotal role in the company’s internal operations as he manages the Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology departments, spanning all corporate, property and construction accounts.

As an integrated real estate company, Trillium combines development, construction, finance and property management disciplines under one roof, creating the cohesive and coordinated environment needed to execute sophisticated projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area and Southwest. The company’s rapidly growing portfolio is distinguished by the focus of creating unique lifestyle opportunities for residents, while adding to and enhancing the integrity of the community-at-large.

Mr. Webb studied at Simon Fraser University where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree specializing in accounting. He then went on to receive his designation as a Canadian Chartered Accountant and accepted a position as a senior associate with Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants where he was responsible for the audits of some of the largest real estate companies, resource companies and financial institutions in British Columbia. Mr. Webb is also an affiliate member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a “Building Block to Excellence Award” in February 2006 for his ability to probe deeper into issues, bringing to light perspectives, ideas and solutions that are otherwise overlooked.
