The Arizona Republic wrote an article today about a local Tempe restaurant, Caffe Boa Bistro (which is right down the street from the Trillium corporate office and just blocks from Trillium Papago, our central Phoenix/Tempe apartment community), has made a “bet” that if the Phoenix Suns win the championship this year, they will give all the Suns’ players, coaches, towel boys and staff free meals for LIFE.
The estimated value of the bet is around $4 million…wow! Hopefully that helps to inspire a victory. Additionally, Suns’ fans can bring in their ticket stubs before or after a game will receive a 10% discount. Go Suns!

Continuing our quest to find out what makes our Trillium Resident Ambassadors click, I caught up with Lennox Punch, Jr. Not only did he enter our Free Rent Contest, but he is genuinely one of the nicest people I have the pleasure of knowing. Our Resident Ambassadors have to embody the culture that Trillium works so hard to promote. Lennox was an easy choice for Trillium Deer Valley.

We chatted with Lacey Benz and Steve Zimmerman, the lucky winners of the Trillium Phoenix apartment free rent for one year contest. Here’s what they had to say about their experience throughout the contest, getting votes, and how they’ll spend all the money they will save on rent for the next year.
It came down to an insanely close race, but we’re excited to announce the winner of the year free rent at Trillium Phoenix apartments is…. Lacey and Steve!
Lacey & Steve won by getting 35% (3,349 votes) of the overall votes for their video. The runner-up, Bethany, had nearly 30% (2,788 votes) of the overall votes.
Lacey & Steve will be living at Trillium Pinnacle Peak for an entire year, for free. Everyone did an amazing job with their videos and with getting votes, thank you so much for participating and congrats to Lacey & Steve!
