It’s officially football season, which means it’s not only time to spend all day every Sunday (and of course Monday nights) anchored to the couch in front of your big screen TV, but it’s also time to take part in Trillium’s first-ever Fantasy Football Challenge! Even if you’re not a football expert, you can still play (it’s super easy).
For the participating Trillium properties, the property will compete against residents at their specific property. A first place winner and a second place winner will be chosen at each participating property at the end of the season.
First Place Winner will get $500 off 1 month of rent
Second Place Winner will get $250 off 1 month of rent
The rent discount can be taken the month after the winners are announced.

Trillium recently was trusted to take over the property management for two amazing west Phoenix apartment communities in Peoria, Arizona: Barossa at Trianna and Indigo at Trianna.
These modern apartment communities are absolutely amazing. They are located right next to each other, at 88th Avenue and Thunderbird, just off the Loop 101 in Peoria, Arizona.
The luxury apartments at Barossa at Trianna feature granite counter tops, hardwood floors, spacious floorplans and fashionable fixtures. Renters can choose from a variety of floorplans, from a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to a 3 bedroom, two bath apartment. Prices currently start at $671 per month.
At all of our Trillium Phoenix apartment communities, we make it a point to stay in close contact with our residents with surveys, email blasts, and phone calls to make sure that they are happy with everything we’re doing. We had to share this note we received via the Trillium website today from a resident, Erica Wilson, at Trillium Cave Creek (located at Cave Creek Road & the 101 in North Phoenix). She wrote:
