Welcome Cole! Trillium Villas New Community Manager
We’d like to welcome a new Trillium team member to Trillium Villas, one of our luxury apartment communities in Peoria, Arizona. Cole Grantham is the new Community Manager at Villas and is excited to be a part of the Trillium team!
How long have you worked in property management?
5 years!
What do you like most about the Trillium Villas?
The residents. Everyone has been really great.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a graphic designer and have designed for numerous restaurants around town. I also enjoy any type of board sport on both land and water. Not sure I want to admit to this but, I have been dancing since I was 14 and have studied styles such as hip-hop, tap, jazz and yes, ballet.
Where are you from?
I am a Phoenix native!
Do you have any kids and pets?
No pets but I do have a beautiful 5 year old daughter.
