We’d like to welcome a new Trillium team member to Trillium Villas, one of our luxury apartment communities in Peoria, Arizona. Cole Grantham is the new Community Manager at Villas and is excited to be a part of the Trillium team!
Trillium recently was trusted to take over the property management for two amazing west Phoenix apartment communities in Peoria, Arizona: Barossa at Trianna and Indigo at Trianna.
These modern apartment communities are absolutely amazing. They are located right next to each other, at 88th Avenue and Thunderbird, just off the Loop 101 in Peoria, Arizona.
The luxury apartments at Barossa at Trianna feature granite counter tops, hardwood floors, spacious floorplans and fashionable fixtures. Renters can choose from a variety of floorplans, from a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to a 3 bedroom, two bath apartment. Prices currently start at $671 per month.
At all of our Trillium Phoenix apartment communities, we make it a point to stay in close contact with our residents with surveys, email blasts, and phone calls to make sure that they are happy with everything we’re doing. We had to share this note we received via the Trillium website today from a resident, Erica Wilson, at Trillium Cave Creek (located at Cave Creek Road & the 101 in North Phoenix). She wrote:
Dear office peeps,
I’m a current resident and I just wanted to let you guys know how awesome you are. I’ve lived here since October and it has been an absolute pleasure. Whenever anything is broken or needs fixing, you guys are always very prompt and accommodating. It’s usually a struggle with every apartment complex to get anything done or fixed but you guys really have been great. The pool and the grounds always look amazing! I will recommend you to everyone. A few weeks ago, the Phoenix Business Journal real estate reporter, Jan Buchholz wrote a story about Trillium’s newest community: Sotelo, located in Tempe just minutes from ASU Campus, downtown Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and many major employment offices.

A recent article from National Real Estate Investor magazine, reported that social media is slow to catch on to apartment residents.
“…more than nine in 10 conventional apartment residents (persons who don’t reside in student housing) haven’t visited any apartment community’s social networking website this year. Not Facebook, not Twitter, and not any other social websites. That’s the conclusion of a national survey released by Houston-based J Turner Research (JTR), a multifamily market research firm.”
We find that very interesting because the number of Trillium residents who become Facebook fans of their community is growing every day; plus a number of our residents check out our Trillium YouTube channel on a regular basis as well (especially when we had the Free Rent for a Year contest going on). Twitter does seem to be the slowest moving medium for our residents to show interest in, as most of our followers are other apartment communities or marketing companies.
Obviously, that means our Trillium Phoenix apartment residents are far from conventional!
