Life @ Trillium

Okay, okay… so we do have a couple more days till it’s officially Fall but who would know that in this nice weather that we’re having today? The sun is out, the breeze is cool, and there’s no chance of a triple degree day, thank you very much. I’m so glad that summer is coming to an end!

In honor of this lovely upcoming Fall season, one of our Phoenix Apartments will be having an Autumn Pie Party which gave me the idea to write this pie entry. (thanks Deer Valley team!)

Happy hump day everyone! We want to celebrate the upcoming weekend by letting you know that we’re having a cool contest at each community!

Starting August 15 (Monday morning) and ending September 15^th (Thursday night) Trillium Residents will be able to participate in our 99 Reasons Why Contest! Residents will submit a reason on how Trillium simplifies their life and every time they submit a reason, they’ll be entered into a raffle that will be drawn on September 30^th. We encourage you to give us more reasons because you’ll have more chances to win!

To enter this rockin’ contest, residents must submit their full name, contact phone, email, their community and apartment number, and a reason(s) to contest@trilliumresidential.com. It’ll then go into our official raffle bin! You can also write up a list and hand them over to a friendly Trillium member. If you decide to do it this way, please make sure that your information is included. We wouldn’t want you to miss out because you forgot to do this!

In the end there will be a total of 9 winners from our combined Phoenix Apartments. These lucky winners will receive $99 off their rent for the month of October!

Well, what are you waiting for? The fun starts with your paper, pen, and thinking cap! Good luck to each and every one of our residents.

Though Memorial Day is really all about the spirit of remembering, it’s also the official holiday that kicks us off for summer. Whether you’re throwing a good old fashioned BBQ or lounging with friends around the pool, we want to start your unforgettable weekend by bringing you our finds of events in and around our Phoenix Apartments.

• Bring a wicker basket and spread your patchwork blanket under the stars with your family and children at Spur Cross Ranch or Lake Pleasant for an evening of stargazing. Begins at sundown!
• Make it a movie night when you make your way to Tempe Kiwanis Park who’ll be showing one of Paramount’s most loved series, Shrek Forever After! My roommate has been asking our group of friends to go hiking and since she’s been asking for a while, we finally said we’d go. MISTAKE!!! At least, that’s what I first thought.

I’m not a big fan of the sun, which is weird since I’m in the sunniest state of all. I just tend to worry about UV rays and sun damage a lot. I am THAT person who carries sun block and lathers as recommended. We pack our water and snacks and head on to Piestewa Peak on Sunday morning. It’s a cold day out and when my roommate decides that we hike Squaw Peak Circumference Trail, I’m all in… until it starts getting steeper & steeper.

Hey you! It’s been awhile. This blog entry is a bit personal but I had to share. I came into the Trillium family almost two years ago as their social persona and visited our then 5 properties often. You know, the Asian girl from Hawaii – Jackie’s sidekick – voice on FB & Twitter– person? Anyway, I loved our unique Trillium residents and the different atmospheres you all brought to our sites. It was such a brief encounter, a bittersweet goodbye, yet I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Know why? Because news flash! I’m back in action and ready to go. As of Friday April 1^st I became a full time Trillium-er again. I cannot tell you how good this feels. My emotions are running high as I’m settling into this new position.

Finding it hard to leave your spacious Trillium Apartment but want to keep up on your fitness goals? Create an at home gym where you’ll be encouraged to work hard in the comfort of your own room! We have a few tips to turning your Phoenix apartment into the ultimate workout space!

First, decide what kind of exercises you will be doing and the items needed. Will you need a TV for a Yoga or Kickboxing video? Or what about a door frame for band aerobics and resistance training? Gather the equipment necessary and storage bins to keep everything in.

We’re excited to announce that two of Trillium’s Peoria, AZ apartment communities have been re-named! Indigo at Trianna and Barossa at Trianna, located at 88th Ave & Thunderbird in Peoria, have now been renamed to Visions Energy and Visions Serenity. The new names bring many new possibilities for the luxury apartment communities, and we’re excited to share the new names with current residents and with future residents.
