Each year the Arizona MultiHousing Association hosts the most prestigious awards ceremony called the Tribute Awards. This night celebrates the very best in the MultiHousing industry and Trillium Residential is honored to be represented in two categories. It is with great pleasure to announce to you our very own 2012 finalists for the AMA Tribute Awards!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… for anyone with a sweet tooth. Little monsters who come in packs, with bottomless treat bags in hand, terrorize doorsteps for sugary piles of assorted candy to bring home and gobble down for the next two weeks. Happy hump day everyone! We want to celebrate the upcoming weekend by letting you know that we’re having a cool contest at each community!
Starting August 15 (Monday morning) and ending September 15th (Thursday night) Trillium Residents will be able to participate in our 99 Reasons Why Contest! Residents will submit a reason on how Trillium simplifies their life and every time they submit a reason, they’ll be entered into a raffle that will be drawn on September 30th. We encourage you to give us more reasons because you’ll have more chances to win!
To enter this rockin’ contest, residents must submit their full name, contact phone, email, their community and apartment number, and a reason(s) to contest@trilliumresidential.com. It’ll then go into our official raffle bin! You can also write up a list and hand them over to a friendly Trillium member. If you decide to do it this way, please make sure that your information is included. We wouldn’t want you to miss out because you forgot to do this!
In the end there will be a total of 9 winners from our combined Phoenix Apartments. These lucky winners will receive $99 off their rent for the month of October!

“We just moved in to Trillium Papago March 9th we had our tour the week before and have no furniture to speak of between the both of us. We are both recently single guys and work alot of hours and some of those are away from town which leaves us little time or money to set the place up the way we want. It’s been one piece at a time till we can fill the place up and we don’t want Goodwill stuff we want it to look good with new items. So when we have an occasional visitor they we feel welcome unstead of feeling like they have no place to sit and look at our bare apt.”

“Over a year ago, I found a a job in Phoenix after months of being out of work. While I was overjoyed at finally having a job again, the job also meant starting a four hour daily commute. In May 2010 I said good-bye to my four hour commute and hello to my current cramped apartment. Take a good look at the picture and you won’t see a standard bed. Nope! That’s an inflatable bed and it’s bad on my back. and the side tables are…you guessed it….storage bins! This lack of real furniture doesn’t stop in the bedroom. There’s another inflatable bed in the living room and that serves as seating. My dining area has a green card table and tan metal chairs. All of this gets me by, but I really would like a truly relaxing space. HELP!”

“I am a hard working single mother who has been down on her luck for the last couple of years, and given the current economy it has been a struggle to provide a home, shelter, clothing, childcare and food. At times, it has been extremely rough for my 5 year old daughter and I. These hardships however have brought us closer together and made me a better parent and a better person having gone through them. We are finally just getting back on our feet with me getting a full time job & getting ready to move within a month to our own place! But financially, it is still a struggle and I don’t know how it will all come together at this point. The reason I think I would make a good candidate to win this prize is because through all the hardship and trials I am still a responsible, caring individual and I would take great care of anything given to me (proof of that in my daughter). “My husband and I have moved from Boston, to Florida, to Phoenix. We have had bad luck with apartments that say one thing and do another. I suffer from many illnesses and have tried to find a calm and peaceful place to feel good about myself much less of where I live. We are tiered of moving; and due to the constant moving of which I have been a formal military dependent I’ve had my share of moving. My husband is a hard worker, he has 3 jobs and takes very good care of me and I feel if anyone deserves this make over it would be my husband for the hard work he puts in a day and then some; we both just need a place to come home to and fell relaxed, refreshed and re-energized. When we found Trillium Apt.’s we said to ourselves this is our little haven and this is exactly what we’ve been looking for and needed. Now that we will be moving in on the 14th of this month we just don’t have the energy to decorate our new “home” and yes this is what Trillium Apt.’s makes us feel like. We are home and we can relax! I pray that we will be picked and thank you.”
