It’s officially football season, which means it’s not only time to spend all day every Sunday (and of course Monday nights) anchored to the couch in front of your big screen TV, but it’s also time to take part in Trillium’s first-ever Fantasy Football Challenge! Even if you’re not a football expert, you can still play (it’s super easy).
For the participating Trillium properties, the property will compete against residents at their specific property. A first place winner and a second place winner will be chosen at each participating property at the end of the season.
First Place Winner will get $500 off 1 month of rent
Second Place Winner will get $250 off 1 month of rent
The rent discount can be taken the month after the winners are announced.
This summer, we’ve worked hard to come up with some fun resident activities that would help our residents beat the heat. One of the crazy ideas we came up with was a Watermelon Eating Contest (yum!). Check out some of the pics from the Watermelon Eating Contest that we hosted at Trillium Deer Valley (located at 7th Street & the 101 in North Phoenix). The first place winner won a $10 Starbucks Gift Card, second place winner won an inflatable tube (perfect to use in the pool at the next Dive In Movie!), and third place won, you guessed it, a WATERMELON.

We’ve recently added a new position to our Trillium teams at each property: Resident Ambassador. This position is meant for a resident at each Trillium property who lives and loves the Trillium lifestyle. The resident will be attending each of our resident activities and their community each month to make sure each activity is the best it can possibly be (and to get as many Trillium residents involved in each event as possible!).
Welcome to our FIRST Resident Ambassador, Klubo! Klubo lives at Trillium Papago in central Phoenix, Arizona. She is already actively involved in all events around the property so if you live at Papago, you’ve probably already know her. We’re excited to have her on board!

Trillium Apartments offers premier community programming. With so much going on from dry cleaning pick-up to Studio Dining with Amici Catering to hiking excursions with Trillium on the Move, it could be hard to keep all of the fabulous, lifestyle events straight.
For those of you who might be a planner (ok, Type A – like me), Trillium Events Calendars are available online. This feature was also available on our old site, but deserves its own review in the afterglow of Trillium’s new site.
Ever thought about walking for 3 days? Robert Soviak, one of Trillium’s team members at Trillium Cave Creek is actively seeking out team members for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for Cure. The walk is this November 12 – 14, 2010. With plenty of time to train and raise money, now is the time to decide to make a difference in 2010!
Ok, so it seems pretty intense, but I’ve had several friends participate in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure and just like the commercials, they said it changed their life. What an amazing event bringing together dedicated teams of people who not only raise money for breast cancer research, but also endure 3 days of walking to show the world how important breast cancer research really is! It truly is an incredible, goose bump-giving event.
Starting Thursday, February 25thTrillium residents will have the opportunity to participate in a unique class that will save lives. In a Heartbeat, LLC will provide a CPR & AED certification class for just $25 per person! Including a 2-year American Heart Association card, this class will be hosted from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Trillium Deer Valley for all Trillium residents of their Phoenix apartments.
In addition to their CPR and AED class offered at Trillium Deer Valley, In a Heartbeat, LLC will also teach a Baby Sitting Certification Class at Trillium Pinnacle Peak on Saturday, February 27th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
