99 Reasons Why Contest

Happy hump day everyone! We want to celebrate the upcoming weekend by letting you know that we’re having a cool contest at each community!

Starting August 15 (Monday morning) and ending September 15th (Thursday night) Trillium Residents will be able to participate in our 99 Reasons Why Contest! Residents will submit a reason on how Trillium simplifies their life and every time they submit a reason, they’ll be entered into a raffle that will be drawn on September 30th. We encourage you to give us more reasons because you’ll have more chances to win!

To enter this rockin’ contest, residents must submit their full name, contact phone, email, their community and apartment number, and a reason(s) to contest@trilliumresidential.com. It’ll then go into our official raffle bin! You can also write up a list and hand them over to a friendly Trillium member. If you decide to do it this way, please make sure that your information is included. We wouldn’t want you to miss out because you forgot to do this!

In the end there will be a total of 9 winners from our combined Phoenix Apartments. These lucky winners will receive $99 off their rent for the month of October!

Well, what are you waiting for? The fun starts with your paper, pen, and thinking cap! Good luck to each and every one of our residents.

July 4th BBQ Recipe

When any type of holiday comes around I always miss home. Why wouldn’t I though? I come from a rock in the middle of the deep blue sea that’s covered with sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, tropical breezes, the summer season is all year round, and the spirit of aloha is never hard to find. If you guessed I’m from Hawaii, you’re correct. Of course, I miss my family and friends the most, but what I miss second to them is the crazy amount of delicious food we have there. The pork’s sweet, the mango’s come pickled, rice is a vegetable, poi is the state food, pigs are cooked underground, and Spam is meat! Darn, now I’m hungry and missing home at the same time!

Has Mother’s Day caught you by surprise, with no backup plans? Our Phoenix Apartments are having great events for Mother’s Day, but just in case you’re not able to make it down to the Trillium Great Room for the celebration, no problem! Here are a few things to do on that big day that just might please your mom and you too.

  • What could be better than a bouquet of flowers? See what’s in bloom when you take a stroll with your Mom through the Desert Botanical Gardens. Currently on exhibition is Chihuly: The Nature of Glass. The garden is open from 7am-8pm. After you both enjoy the Spring air, you can take Mom to the Patio Café on Ullman Terrace for brunch!
  • Show Mom how to spa when you take her to get pampered at Cloud Nine Spa. On this special day, take her for a hair cut, color, massage, facial, wax, nail service, or all of the above! This resort spa offers surprisingly affordable prices located right here in Tempe. 8707 S Priest Dr Tempe AZ 85284 Continue reading

Personalized Patio Decor for Phoenix Apartments

With beautiful weather all year round in the Valley of the Sun, there’s no reason not to spend morning, evening and night outdoors! But who wants to spend time on an empty patio? Here are some ideas for a quick and affordable way to spruce up the patio of your Phoenix Apartment:

  1. Pick a theme- whether you’re going for a tropical look or country casual, know your own style and stick to a pattern. Don’t overwhelm yourself or your guests with too many colors to focus on.
  2. Keep it simple- remember, you want to accentuate the size of your Phoenix Apartment. Use décor that can be easily stored or moved and make sure everything has a place!
  3. Watch out for weather- be sure to keep an eye out for rain or storms and move materials inside if necessary. Use fake plants instead of real to avoid sun damage in the summer and frost in the winter!

The most important thing to remember when enhancing your patio is to keep yourself in mind. Build a space where you will want to do everything form sip your coffee to serve your guests.  Decorating your patio will be easy, affordable, and fun!

Need Help Waking Up?

There isn’t a lot of room for improvement when it comes to Arizona winters.  With comparatively little precipitation, and close to no chance of snow, winters in the Valley of the Sun are the reason why people move here and live in Trillium’s luxury Phoenix apartment communities.  However, for those of us natives, forty-degree mornings are not the most welcome surprise.  Early morning alarms do not greet us kindly, and it often becomes far too easy to press snooze and maintain the comfort of bed.  Unfortunately, most bosses don’t accept that as a justifiable excuse for tardiness. How do we find a solution?

Apartment dwellers can agree that renting is, for many people, the ultimate way to go.  Especially in today’s busy world, the idea of having a well-maintained and managed living space is highly desirable.

AZCentral recently published a home-decor article sharing tips on how to effectively organize one of the most cluttered places in most houses: closets. Continue reading
