In addition to their CPR and AED class offered at Trillium Deer Valley, In a Heartbeat, LLC will also teach a Baby Sitting Certification Class at Trillium Pinnacle Peak on Saturday, February 27^th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In 1960, CPR innovators developed cardio pulmonary resuscitation, a life-saving technique that when applied correctly can double, even triple a victim’s chance of survival!  Paired with the more recent development of the automated external defibrillator, proper training can help save lives.

In a Heartbeat, LLC was developed by two Registered Nurses who, after successfully raising their children, embarked on a mission to share CPR and AED training with others.  Judy Edgell and Linda Wiest offer training and consulting services that not only train in CPR and AED certification, but also assist organizations in implementing emergency response programs that adhere to safety and legal guidelines.

Edgell and Wiest provide a fun, hands-on experience that leaves students with the confidence needed to respond in an emergency.

Be sure to join In a Heartbeat Thursday or Saturday to learn valuable life-saving techniques!  You can register for the class at the Resident Services desk.  The class is offered at a discounted price of $25 per person for Trillium residents.

Bring your clients by any Trillium Property and these beautiful properties sell themselves.  It could not hurt to familiarize yourself with Trillium’s signature features like modern, innovative Great Rooms with free wireless and complimentary coffee to pique the interest of your clients.  Amongst the many weekly programming offerings for residents, Trillium properties boast fitness and wellness classes in their yoga studios, spa rooms for facials and massages, water playgrounds for the children and weekly chef-prepared meals in their exhibition kitchen.  Trillium properties, like the Villas and soon, Pinnacle Peak, are a dog lover’s paradise with their own dog parks.  Each property is pet friendly allowing up to two pets up to fifty pounds combined weight.

Within two weeks of your client’s move-in, we’ll pay you out BIG.  A 6-8 month lease will earn you $600 in your pocket, while a 9-11 month lease will get you $800.  And finally 12 months or more and you can take your $1,000 to the bank.  You can tour with them or attach your business card to their rental application.  Either way, if they move in, you make money.
