I caught up with Klubo to introduce her to you all! And I must say, Trillium truly found some of the greatest and most interesting people for the position of Resident Ambassador. Trillium Residential stays true to their culture and mission when selecting their Resident Ambassadors and Klubo was no exception! She truly embodies what it means to live at Trillium! We posed the same 15 questions to her and her answers might surprise you. Also, don’t forget to wish her happy birthday! She’s got a birthday next week!

1. Tell me about yourself.
Fitness and Travel = Klubo

2. How did you become involved with Trillium?
The Greatroom is actually like like my living room. I love to meet people and get to know them, what makes them tick, and what makes them happy. Networking is always good too.

3. What is important to you as a Trillium Resident and ambassador?
Its important that residents form a sense of community. Even if you live by yourself we have almost 300 roommates so there’s always someone to hangout with when needed.

4. What motivates or inspires you, in general?
What motivates me is the feeling of being in shape… I love being lean and feeling physically fit. Or the feeling of a great workout in the Trillium Gym. Best feeling EVER!!!

5. Describe a memory from your childhood home?
I’m from MN. So when I was 17 my Mom left me home for 9 days and came to AZ. She left the car and me in our 4 bedroom, 3-story, party basement house by myself. That is all. )))

6. When you have free time, what do you like to do?
Working out, Networking, Chilling in the Greatroom, and Traveling. What makes you happy? My Family, Traveling, competing in Figure (pageant of bodybuiding), and of course getting a GREAT DEAL is just wonderful!

Nope

9. What is your favorite color?
Red, Pink, Purple, Magenta

13. Who are important people in your life?
My Family – My Dad, 2 moms, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 3 nephews, and 2 brother-in-laws.

14. What is unique about you?
I’m just KLUBO!!!

15. What did you want to be when you grew up?
An athletic trainer for the US team or Olympic Athlete. I’m an athlete now, but far from Olympic…

We’re excited to bring Trillium video tours to potential new residents touring our properties in search of the perfect Phoenix apartment. We’re starting a trial run with our brand new Filp HD camera at Trillium Papago, located at 50^th street & Van Buren.

So how does it work? When you come in to take a tour, we’ll give you our Trillium Flip camera to borrow, so that you can record your tour as you take it. Once you’re finished with your tour and you leave the community, we’ll upload the video to our Trillium Papago YouTube channel and we’ll e-mail you the link. That way, you can check out your tour from home and share it with family and friends.
