We’re excited to announce that two of Trillium’s Peoria, AZ apartment communities have been re-named! Indigo at Trianna and Barossa at Trianna, located at 88th Ave & Thunderbird in Peoria, have now been renamed to Visions Energy and Visions Serenity. The new names bring many new possibilities for the luxury apartment communities, and we’re excited to share the new names with current residents and with future residents.

We love pets! All Trillium Phoenix apartment communities are pet-friendly, and a few of our apartment communities (Trillium Pinnacle Peak in North Phoenix, TrilliumVillas in Peoria and soon Trillium Centrado in Tempe) feature Pet Playlands where you dog can run and play with other pups.

We know that for many of our residents, their dog or cat is an extension of their family, and we do everything we can do make your pet just as comfortable and welcome and all of our Phoenix-area apartment communities as you will be!

We are proud to announce that Trillium Residential has acquired and will be managing Trillium Centrado!

Our new Tempe, AZ apartment community is located in Tempe just off of Broadway between Country Club and River. Trillium Centrado is a newly renovated community consisting of 181 spacious apartment homes. “We recently made a big move from the Midwest to Phoenix. As someone who’s very particular about where I live, I was wary about moving anywhere without first seeing the apartment. Obviously, Trillium did an excellent job of dissolving my worries, as we chose Trillium over at least a dozen other apartment complexes. Before moving, I spoke on the phone numerous times with gracious representatives who answered all of my (many) questions in detail. They even took additional photographs of the property for me since I couldn’t view it in person! The day we moved in, I was excited and really blown away. Trillium Pinnacle Peak is extremely clean, organized and the property is very well taken care of. I love all the facilities (especially the Great room, pool and gym) and the people who live here are super friendly. As for the actual interior of the apartment, it was practically brand new when we moved in and everything was well manicured.
