Carolyn Davis has a lot of passion for giving back, and she wants to use half of the money she would save by living rent-free at Trillium’s Phoenix apartment community (she would choose Papago, because it’s so close to her office) and donate it to one of the organizations that she is passionate about.

As Arizona Sate University continues to grow, the available housing options for upper division and graduate students (sophomore, junior and seniors) account for only 25 percent of all residence halls at ASU.
