Use warm and inviting colors, and if you’re feeling adventurous, add some patterned wallpaper for long and narrow hallways. Mirrors are also a great way to add the illusion of space. “I am a hard working single mother who has been down on her luck for the last couple of years, and given the current economy it has been a struggle to provide a home, shelter, clothing, childcare and food. At times, it has been extremely rough for my 5 year old daughter and I. These hardships however have brought us closer together and made me a better parent and a better person having gone through them. We are finally just getting back on our feet with me getting a full time job & getting ready to move within a month to our own place! But financially, it is still a struggle and I don’t know how it will all come together at this point. At all of our Trillium Phoenix apartment communities, we make it a point to stay in close contact with our residents with surveys, email blasts, and phone calls to make sure that they are happy with everything we’re doing. We had to share this note we received via the Trillium website today from a resident, Erica Wilson, at Trillium Cave Creek (located at Cave Creek Road & the 101 in North Phoenix). She wrote:
Dear office peeps,
I’m a current resident and I just wanted to let you guys know how awesome you are. I’ve lived here since October and it has been an absolute pleasure. Whenever anything is broken or needs fixing, you guys are always very prompt and accommodating. It’s usually a struggle with every apartment complex to get anything done or fixed but you guys really have been great. The pool and the grounds always look amazing! I will recommend you to everyone.
