Thursday, July 1 - Poblano Ranch Salad and Steak Ranchero served with Refried Beans, Rice

Thursday, July 8 - House Salad, Grilled Fish Tacos, Baja Rice

Thursday, July 15 - Caesar Salad, Chicken Picata, Bowtie Pasta

Thursday, July 22 - Amici Salad Buffett, Minestrone, Bruchsetta, Antipasta

Thursday, July 29 - Chilled Fresco Buffet, Veggies, Steak and Chicken

Each week, Trillium offers Studio Dining with Amici Catering. Residents at Trillium Cave Creek can come down to the Great Room on Thursday nights from 5:30 - 7:30 pm and enjoy a gourmet meal for only $10 per person (kids 10 & under can eat for only $5). If you reserve your meal 24 hours in advance at the Resident Services desk, you can get the same meal for only $8 per person.

Amici Catering is well-known throughout the Valley as one of the best caterers, with experience in serving up a variety of dishes. For years, Amici Catering owned and operated a popular Phoenix-area restaurant, before moving on to expand their catering business full-time.
