That's all about to change! Trillium Residential has found a way to turn your dream apartment design into a reality! That means giving one lucky apartment hunter a $1,000 American Express giftcard + other amazing prizes!

It's easy (and fun) to enter! Enter between Feb. 14, 2011 - March 31, 2011.

  1. Fill out the entry form located HERE.
  2. Upload a picture (to the entry form) of the space in your current apartment or home that you are desperate to makeover and tell us in a short paragraph why you deserve your Extreme Dream Apartment!
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email from Trillium giving you a secret code. Use that code when you visit any of our Trillium Phoenix area apartment communities (you have 10 to choose from!) and take a tour. The Leasing Agent will note the code on your guest card.
  4. Respond to the e-mail with the code and tell us which community you toured and the date that you toured.


Each photo entry will be uploaded to the Trillium Blog and up to 10 finalists will be chosen by a panel of Trillium judges based on the photo of each entrant's space and the description of why each entrant deserves an Extreme Dream Apartment. Finalists will be announced on April 1, 2011 and will be entered in a public vote on the Trillium website from April 2, 2011 - April 15, 2011 (voting is allowed once per day per IP address). The entrant with the most votes (votes will be hidden!) on April 15, 2011 at 11:59 pm MST will win! Winner will be announced on April 18, 2011.
