She joined Trillium Residential, LLC, a builder and manager of award-winning, luxury multi-housing communities, upon its inception in 2002. As President of Trillium, LaRocca has been a catalyst in distinguishing the company as a leader in the market by integrating progressive technology and an unconventional approach to lifestyle offerings.
LaRocca oversees a portfolio of over 3,000 residential units in the Phoenix metropolitan area and more than 70 employees ranging from on-site leasing specialists and maintenance technicians to concierge staff, marketing and training directors. LaRocca is the designated broker representing Trillium to ensure the integrity of all real estate transactions.
Since 2005, LaRocca has been on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association (AMA), the National Apartment Association's (NAA) trade organization for Arizona's apartment and rental housing industry, and is on the Board's esteemed Executive Committee. In 2006, LaRocca acted as AMA's Education Chair, then the Membership Chair in 2007 and now serves as the 2008 Government Affairs Chair, where she will further educate and represent the industry to civic leaders to elevate its prestige, integrity and contributions to the community. Prior to joining Trillium, LaRocca spent nearly a decade in the Phoenix metropolitan area overseeing a 1,000+ unit portfolio and the successful stabilization of six lease-up communities. Lesa received a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communications from Arizona State University in 1989. Working in the multi-family industry from the ground-up, LaRocca continues to significantly contribute to the industry's evolution in the Phoenix metropolitan region. Complementing her strong impact on the industry in this market, in 2007, Arizona Woman and The Arizona Republic honored her as being one of twenty women to watch who will "Shape Arizona by 2020."
