Wednesday, June 2 - Bistro Salad, Chicken Parmesan and Penne Pasta served with Garlic Bread

Wednesday, June 9 - House Salad an Carnitas Tacos served with Mexican Rice

Wednesday, June 16 - Caesar Salad, Tortellini Carbonara served with Bruschetta

Wednesday, June 23 - Potato Salad and BBQ Chicken Sandwhich served with Ranch Beans

Wednesday, June 30 - Poblano Ranch Salad and Steak Ranchero served with Refried Beans, Rice and Flour Tortillas

Each week, Trillium offers Studio Dining with Amici Catering. Residents at Trillium Pinnacle Peak can come down to the Great Room on Wednesday nights from 5:30 - 7:30 pm and enjoy a gourmet meal for only $10 per person (kids 10 & under can eat for only $5). If you reserve your meal 24 hours in advance at the Resident Services desk, you can get the same meal for only $8 per person.

Amici Catering is well-known throughout the Valley as one of the best caterers, with experience in serving up a variety of dishes. For years, Amici Catering owned and operated a popular Phoenix-area restaurant, before moving on to expand their catering business full-time.
