Trillium Residential offers a full suite of third-party management services for multi-family housing in Arizona.

When we take on a third-party management property, we embrace it as part of our own portfolio and devote the same attention that we would in managing our own assets. We will successfully manage all day-to-day operations of your property, including delinquencies, property maintenance and operations. You will receive weekly detailed reports outlining net effective rents, concessions, exposure, occupancy, expiration exposure and leasing activity. We'll show you how many leads came in, where they came from, how many tours were given and how many leads were closed.
